dBTechnologies Recruits in France and Benelux
8 April 2010
Audio manufacturer dBTechnologies is pleased to announce the recruitment of additional staff in France and The Netherlands, firmly supporting their distribution strategy of working directly with employed representatives in these territories.
Augmenting the sales team in the Benelux region is Bob Roos, who has built up a strong network of contacts with considerable experience in the theatre, architectural and professional rental markets. Stepping in as Area Manager, Roos spent the last 10 years working in the lighting arena, and is keen to bring this sales experience into the audio market.
“It’s very exciting to combine my passion for lighting with my passion for sound,” says Roos, who has played the guitar since he was 13 years of age. “It helps too that dBTechnologies is a first class brand, consistently producing excellent products.
“Besides the products it’s the team spirit at dBTechnologies that really makes the difference. In the end I believe this industry is a ‘people’ industry, giving us all the tools we need to delivery the right solutions for our customers.”
In the French territory, newly appointed Product Manager Edouard Leboulleux also brings with him 10 years of experience, and a particularly strong set of audio product marketing, sales and sound engineering skills honed in the MI, touring and contractor markets.
“I’m really excited by the challenge of building up a brand trust relation between dBTechnologies which offers a large and complete portfolio of innovative products and the French market which is in a need of a manufacturer who can react quickly to the market,” explains Leboulleux. “I feel very strongly that the future of the audio pro business relies on a strong relationship, and dBTechnologies has already proved to be very close to its users whilst adapting fast to meet the market’s demands.”
European Sales Manager, Harald von Falkenstein says “France and Benelux were the first territories to adopt the ‘direct approach’ and this has already helped increase efficiency. With the addition of Bob and Edouard and their obvious expertise in the market, we should be able to achieve even more this year.”
