Concept System recently upgraded the ballroom and function rooms at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel with Martin by Harman Rush LED light fixtures.
Overlooking the picturesque Singapore River, the 30-story Grand Copthorne Waterfront provides world-class accommodations in one of Asia’s most popular tourist destinations. The hotel has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Luxury Travel Guide Grand Luxury Hotel of the Year award and The International Hotel Awards’ International 5-Star Hotel award.
The property contains 550 guest rooms, 24 luxury suites, 34 meeting and function rooms, and a grand ballroom with a 1,000-guest capacity. The hotel’s management recently decided to upgrade the antiquated lighting systems in the ballroom and function rooms with efficient LED solutions and hired Concept System to outfit the property with Martin Rush MH 1 Profile.

In addition to their reduced power consumption, Concept System selected Martin LED fixtures for their rich colour palette, versatility and low-profile design. The RUSH MH 1 Profile serves as the facility’s main moving-head fixture, providing striking effects with dual colour wheels and a rotating prism, as well as fixed and moving gobo wheels. The fixtures’ reduced weight and compact size made them ideal for highlighting the hotel’s décor while remaining out of view.
