Pixotope makes two senior promotions and a new hire within its leadership team. The appointments follow the continued expansion of the company’s global staff, reflecting both its ambition and commitment to delivering first-class customer experience to creators and broadcasters across the live media and production sectors.
Ian Puszet joins Pixotope as its Chief Customer Success Officer after a decade working at Avid, where as Vice President he led the Global Customer Care team. Drawing on his proven track record of successfully leading global teams across multiple enterprises and functions – including passages at Abekas Cox, Leitch and Harris Broadcast – at Pixotope, Ian will drive customer success initiatives, align departments with a customer-centric culture and continue to construct exceptional relationships between Pixotope and its current and potential customers.
Discussing his new post, Ian said, “Regardless of the business, customers expect a consistent and seamless experience from the brand – this will be one of my main goals at Pixotope. I’m joining the company with a mission of ensuring that our teams are unified in the common vision to help customers succeed by leveraging the very best of our virtual production technology”.
Already a key player at Pixotope, Karoline Storbråten has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe. Having joined the company as Sales & Marketing Manager in May 2020, Karoline’s new role will oversee the daily and long-term sales operations across key European hubs such as France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Karoline has a vast amount of knowledge in the sales and marketing arena. Prior to Pixotope, she worked for leading international companies such as Fearnleys Asia (Singapore) and the NHST Media Group, where she managed global accounts for major shipping, seafood, oil & gas and energy publications. As part of her responsibilities, Karoline dealt with clients from all over the globe travelling participating in key international conferences and other sales-oriented events.
Karoline said, “This is a huge step, not just from a personal perspective, but also from a business point of view. I’m looking forward to continuing to deliver a cohesive approach to the company’s development goals and am really excited about this new challenge”.
Another Pixotope veteran, Joachim Ringstad celebrates his fifth year in the company joining Karoline as Pixotope’s Regional Sales Manager for the Nordics and Benelux. Joachim’s journey at The Future Group began in 2016 as the software’s Information Technology Manager. Today, he spearheads the expansion of its customer base and the achievement of sales targets for territories including Sweden, Denmark and the company’s home, Norway.
Joachim comments, “Having had first-hand experience in the implementation of Pixotope in studios and at events since the beginning has given me valuable insight to take the lead on implementing strategies to accelerate the company’s growth in Northern Europe. I’m thrilled with the opportunity to help push the business forward”.
