White Label Hospitality Technology and Commercial AV Engineering company, Hotensify has appointed Grant Cullingford as its Technical Operations Director.
Founded in 2019, Hotensify is one of Europe’s fastest-growing integration and consultancy specialists, delivering fully tailored solutions – including digital signage, LED, interactive displays, in-room TVs and dedicated software – to leading hospitality venues in the UK and across Europe.
Led by Hotensify owner and MD, Tony Tizzard – formerly Global Business Manager at Philips Professional Display Solutions, Airwave Europe Limited and Quadriga Worldwide – Grant hails from previous roles including Chief Technical Officer at Orbiss – a leader in Telephone, Interactive TV and Wi-Fi systems for the hospitality sector over the last 30 years.
During his 19-year tenure at Orbiss, Grant was the technical and project lead for deployments such as The O2 (Millennium Dome Infrastructure), the Aviator Hotel at Farnborough, and the world-famous Stoke Park Hotel – the backdrop for many memorable films, such as Bridget Jones’s Diary, Goldfinger, Tomorrow Never Dies and Layer Cake.
Systems Integration and Innovation have been cornerstones of Grant’s experience in the industry thus far, coupled with his experience in Project Management, Network Design & Implementation, Guest UX creation, and passion for making technology relatable.
Grant sees the future at Hotensify as a very exciting opportunity: “Already, within my first month at Hotensify, I have been delighted to engage with a wide variety of global strategic partners and customers alike, many of whom I have had the pleasure of working with previously.”

Tony Tizzard, nicknamed ‘Mr Hospitality’ by colleagues and peers during a successful 16-year career, spoke of his delight in Grant’s appointment.
