Black Box partnered with HETEC, delivering turnkey video monitoring systems with the features and performance essential in first responder control rooms, as well as for control room environments in the energy and production sectors, across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Building on a long history of collaboration, the two companies provide a complete offering of KVM-over-IP solutions, including the acclaimed Black Box Emerald DESKVUE receiver, with local consulting, installation, support and maintenance services supplied by HETEC experts.

Emerald KVM-over-IP solutions enable infinitely scalable access to physical and virtual machines — anywhere and anytime — over an existing IP network, WAN or even the internet, allowing for optimized control room infrastructure and workflows.
The Black Box Emerald DESKVUE small-form-factor device is at the heart of the offering from Black Box and HETEC. The receiver enables simple, customizable control and system monitoring — for up to 16 different physical or virtual systems simultaneously — at a local console using up to four 4K or curved (5K) monitors.
