Clear-Com, the leader in real-time wired, wireless and IP communications solutions, has appointed Gavin MacDonald to the role of Director of Global Service and Support (GSS). Based in the UK and reporting to Clear-Com’s President, Bob Boster, Gavin will lead and manage the company’s global service and support teams. He is also responsible for developing a clear strategy to better service Clear-Com customers and further improve customer satisfaction.
Gavin is currently the Operations Director at Clear-Com’s subsidiary, Trilogy Communications. He joined the company in 2008 as Purchasing Manager and over nine years of service he also took on management of service and support, operations, manufacturing and testing. Prior to this Gavin spent eight years in purchasing at STI Ltd, an electronics manufacturer in the defense, aerospace and high reliability market sectors.
