Elation Professional is pleased to announce that industry professionals Kraig Knight and Joe Adams have joined the company’s growing sales team as Regional Sales Representatives. Both Kraig and Joe come to Elation from manufacturers rep firm PSLP (Professional Sound and Lighting Products), where they represented Elation products for years. Kraig Knight serves as Elation’s new Regional Sales Representative for the Rocky Mountain region while Joe Adams covers Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Kraig and Joe bring years of valuable industry experience with them, as well as a thorough knowledge of Elation’s product range. Both started in their new position on October 1st.
Kraig is a 28-year veteran of the lighting industry with the last 21 years spent at PSLP, where he served as President since 2013, managing the company’s outside sales staff along with the day to day operations of the business. Prior to working at PSLP, Kraig worked for various lighting and sound shops in Houston, Texas. “I am excited to be working for a brand that I truly believe in and whose amazing products I have been selling for years,” he stated. “I look forward to working with all of the long-time customers and friends I have made over the years while developing new customers but now with focus just on the Elation brand!”
Joe began in the lighting industry in 1998 with an installation company before starting at PSLP as a lighting rep in 2004. “Working with so many great customers the last 13 years, some of whom became mentors of the business and good friends, this is a business I truly enjoy,” he said. “When the opportunity to work directly for Elation came available, I knew this is where I belonged. My job duties will be to work and support our existing dealer network and it is my goal to develop Elation as the ‘go to’ lighting manufacturer in the Midwest.”
