Amptown System Company, Germany’s leading supplier of entertainment and media technology systems, is restructuring with Malte Polli-Holstein and Michael Gutsmann at its helm and is turning its attentions to new market segments.

The company offers its customers one-of-a-kind 360-degree solutions in the areas of entertainment, maritime, infotainment, and corporate and public projects.
Under its new leadership, ASC will now seek to tap into new markets both in Germany and globally. The aim is for its broad portfolio of services to advance the digitalization of companies and entertainment with tailored programs and to generate added value with a “wow” effect. The shareholders have appointed two new managing directors to this end. Malte Polli-Holstein has been managing the business in the areas of Sales and Marketing since July 2020. The audio engineer who is passionate about emotion and technology has more than 20 years of experience in the field of entertainment under his belt and is familiar with the requirements of the AV sector thanks to his hands-on experience as a sound engineer, technical head, and sound designer, including for major theaters and cruise lines like AIDA Cruises. Malte Polli-Holstein has been with ASC since 2015 and until now has been responsible for the company’s maritime projects as Vice President.
Michael Gutsmann assumed responsibility for Operations, Finance, HR, and Strategy as a managing director in August 2020. His previous positions include CEO of IconMedialab AG, Director of IT/Processes at the Block Group, Managing Director of AOL Germany, and CFO of BigPoint. His broad experience, cross-industry overview, and ability to realize corporate visions make Michael Gutsmann the perfect candidate for ASC.
