Showcasing June 14th-16h June at the Orange County Convention Center will be the latest ONYX software, the world’s first IP65 data distribution range, all new NETRON installation solutions.
The latest software expansion of the popular ONYX control platform will be available to view and test drive.
Featuring NDI Video Input, Realtime audio analysis and Beat Sync, this updated version enhances workflow across Obsidian’s various console and PC solutions, such as the extremely popular NX1 in combination with the NX-P expansion wing and NX-K portable keypad add-on.
Supporting the growth of exterior lighting productions like stadium tours, special events and outdoor movie sets, NETRON will be introducing the world’s first IP65 product range for entertainment data distribution.
Utilising a custom-designed sealed chassis, IP ports and touch controls, the NETRON IP65 range provides data distribution for exterior or interior locations that require dust and moisture protection.
Rain, dust, pyrotechnics, special effects like confetti or snow, are all no match for NETRON’s innovative product design. IP65 solutions are provided as a 6-port RDM Splitter (RDM6 IP), 6-port EtherDMX Node (EN6 IP) and an 8-port managed POE switch (NS8 IP).
As part of the industry-leading NETRON range of affordable smart data devices, Obsidian Control System is also launching a comprehensive line of products in smart form factors optimised for system integrators and fixed installations.
Two new compact devices with interchangeable connection plates offer performance and flexibility.
Available as RDM6D (6-port RDM Splitter) and EN6D (6-port EtherDMX Node), these rugged chassis can be DIN-Rail or wall mounted and provide Terminal, IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) and RJ45 DMX options all included.
Data ports can be repositioned to the top, bottom or front of the devices, accommodating various wiring and mounting requirements.
NETRON’s powerful rackmount node EN12 is now available in a hardwired EN12i variant. DMX connections ports have been moved to the back and connections plates are included for Terminal, IDC and RJ45 DMX.
An additional conveniently positioned Gigabit Network and 5-pin DMX port has been added to the front of the EN12i for tests and installer access to the network or the internal web configuration pages.
EP1 is the new single-gang size EtherDMX node in the NETRON line, provided with a rugged Decora Wall plate and including a standalone backbox for pipe mounting using M10 or M12 clamps.
Complimenting the EN12i and EP1 are matching DMX 5-pin XLR and CAT6 RJ45 Wall plates with matching Decora covers.
NS8 is NETRON’s half-rack-sized managed switch solution, providing high performance, easy configuration, rugged design and 120W of POE power.
It can be rackmount on the NETRON Netshelf, Wall or DIN-Rail mount or installed on pipe or truss using the M10 or M12 bolt positions.
