As a trusted provider of laser hardware for nearly a decade in the U.S., X-Laser USA is expanding its reach and is now able to capitalise on opportunities in the international laser show market. In other words, the Latin American lighting landscape just got brighter.
X-Laser has chosen as its representative the firm Oso Colmenero, a solutions and equipment specialist for the professional lighting, audio and video industries in Latin America. Through this approach, X-Laser is now able to serve countries in South and Central America, plus Mexico.
“We’ve been receiving inquiries about laser shows and laser systems from Mexico, Argentina and Colombia that we simply couldn’t support,” explained Adam Raugh, X-Laser’s President. “Now that we’re working with Jerry and his trusted team, we’ll be able to reach those markets and more with safe, high-quality laser systems.” ‘Jerry,’ refers to Jerry Colmenero, the Founder and President of Oso Colmenero. Colmenero has been a fixture in the Latin American marketplace for some time and the timing was right for Oso Colmenero to approach a company like X-Laser.
“Laser technology has come so far and laser projectors have gotten so much more user friendly that we felt that it was time to add high-powered lasers to our product line,” Jerry said. “We’ve seen what hardware X-Laser produces and the quality of their systems along with the support they provide made it an easy decision.”
Oso Colmenero is now the official X-Laser representative for Mexico, Central and South America covering all of the Spanish-speaking countries in the region. The agreement does not currently serve Brazil or the Caribbean nations.
